Born and raised in Central Wisconsin, Michelle’s background is in event planning, direct sales and digital marketing. Her degree in Digital Internet Marketing and promotions has continued proven success working for a local insurance agent as a Marketing and Sales specialists. She has one son – Charlie. Recently, Michelle started her own DIY business – Last Minute DIY.  Michelle has always tinkered with projects with her father growing up and it has become a real passion for her.  It only made sense to start her own DIY and workshop business. Michelle says, “It was a way for her to continue to use her networking and crafty talents to create the fun and unique home décor people are continuously shopping for or pinning on Pinterest that they have been wanting to make.”  She takes the “how can I do this?” to making her customers feel “I can do this!”

Born and raised in Weston, WI, Calli  graduated from DC Everest High School in 2011 then went on to receive an Associate’s Degree in Business from Northcentral Technical College. She volunteers regularly for the Humane Society of Marathon County and the Women’s Community of Wausau in hopes to make our community better for everyone.

 Calli has been with Intercity State Bank since 2019, starting as a teller and working her way up. In April of 2022 she attended the Wisconsin Bankers Association of Residential Mortgage Lending School and moved to the role of Mortgage Banker. She is excited  to follow in the footsteps of her grandfather, first police chief of Weston, by continuing to serve the residents of Central Wisconsin.

Tom is a graduate of UW-Whitewater with a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, and is a life-long resident of Wisconsin, growing up in Hilbert. He has practiced with CLA and it’s predecessor firm for 32 years, the first 29 in Sheboygan and Manitowoc, and the last 3 years in Central Wisconsin, primarily in the Wausau office.

Tom’s day to day responsibilities include the management of 50+ associates in CLA’s 3 offices, helping those offices to grow and also working with clients and businesses of all sizes and across industries ensuring compliance with current tax laws, business planning, and succession planning.

Tom has been married to his wife Candice for 31 years. They have four children – Brett who is a school psychologist in the Minneapolis area, Seth who is currently a senior at UW-Madison, Drew who is a Junior at UW-Madison, and Lily who is in the 7th grade. Tom is active in the community including past and present participation on many civic and non-profit boards. His hobbies include being in the outdoors enjoying nature, and fishing.

​Tracy joined the AbbyBank team in 2017 with 19 years of banking experience. She presently holds an associate degree in Human Services and has attended the Wisconsin Bankers Association’s Mortgage Lending School. Tracy’s in-depth and well-rounded understanding of cash management, personal banking, lending, training, and management, makes Tracy a great asset to AbbyBank and their customers. Striving to meet customer’s needs, as well as, providing outstanding service, are top priorities for Tracy.

Tracy currently serves on the Board of Directors for South Area Business Association, President of the Mountain Bay Elementary PTO, and is involved in Junior Achievement. When Tracy isn’t working or volunteering, you will find her spending quality time with her family.

A former military officer, Chris has had a varied career ranging from long-haul truck driver, to hotel operations and management. Reflecting a long-time fascination with communications and the Internet, Chris is passionate about helping his clients develop and market their products and services with an effective website and online marketing program.

As well as working with small and mid-size hotels and resorts, brick-and-mortar businesses and non-profit organizations to create, manage, and maintain their WordPress-based websites, Chris is also working with clients seeking to develop their audience and stabilize their online revenues with subscription-based membership, e-commerce, and online learning websites.

In his spare time and as a co-founder of and instructor atf The Prosperity Project (www.TheProsperityProject.com) Chris is working to create a instructional portal and community dedicated to helping people achieve greater freedom and financial independence through continuous self-improvement and entrepreneurial action, based on the philosophical framework provided by Napoleon Hill.

Chris’s other interests include amateur (ham) radio, and HO-scale model railroading.

She also served previously on the Board of Directors for the Mosinee Area Chamber of Commerce for 6 + years and is very experienced in non-profit work, event coordinating, customer service/sales and marketing. Terra and her family have lived in Mosinee for over 4 years and she has done some wonderful things in the Community. She is very excited to serve on the South Area Business Association board of directors for new experiences and helping businesses connect and network with each other.

Licensed in WI, MN, IL, MI, AZ and FL, Jonnee Bauer opened her business in 2005 as a scratch agent and now has a fully licensed staff of three. Her drive to help her clients is deeply rooted in her caring compassion for people.

Jonnee considers herself to be in the business of “protecting dreams with comprehensive insurance solutions”. She has received American Family’s most prestigious Premier Leader Award for four years in a row, as well as numerous other achievements with the company.

A life-long resident of the Wausau area and with two beautiful daughters, Jonnee has strong community involvement in many non-profit organizations. The dedication and care she demonstrates in the community is a direct reflection of her business mission, vision, values and goals. Her passions include children, finding a cure for cancer, and serving others when they need a helping hand.

Originally from Wausau and graduating from Wausau West High School in 2007, Brittany is a 2011 graduate from UW-Stevens Point with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.

Subsequently she earned a certification for Counseling in Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse (AODA) from the Milwaukee Area Technical College in Milwaukee. Working during that time as a Bank Teller in Milwaukee, she fell in love with the banking and financial world and was subsequently promoted to Teller Supervisor.

Having relocated back “home” to Wausau, Brittany has been with IncredibleBank since 2015, and is currently the Wausau Market Manager overseeing four branch locations in Wausau, Weston, and Rothschild.

Brittany also has a real passion for the dog rescue world, and also spends time volunteering with The Hagar House and the Be Amazing Group. In her free time she enjoys being home spending family time with her husband, two young boys, and two rescue dogs.
