Thomas Erwin is 2023 Wausau West High School’s SABA Scholarship Winner

The winner of the 2023 South Area Business Association Scholarship for Wausau West High School is Thomas Erwin. Thomas is planning to attend the University of Wisconsin in Madison or the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis/St.Paul to study Philosophy.

Thomas has been involved in Mock Trial and French clubs for four years. In addition Thomas has been taking several Advanced Placement classes in preparation for college, including AP French, AP Statistics, AP Literature, AP Macro Economics, and AP US History.

Every year, the South Area Business Association raises money and awards scholarships to graduating area High School seniors from Wausau East, Wausau West, DC Everest, Mosinee, Northland Lutheran, Wisconsin Valley Lutheran, Newman High Schools, Faith Christian Academy, and DC Everest Idea Charter School who are pursuing further education in a business or industrial field.
